The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced is conducted primarily for students who seek admission in the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) to pursue their engineering dreams. Every year, around 16 lakhs students appear for the JEE Main and only 1.5 lakhs students get selected for the JEE Advanced after which again only a handful get selected for counseling and allotted seats in respective colleges.
